I am doing the beta testing and here are some improvement suggestions

1. The date time format settings are available in Advanced tab but they are listed in German and not English
Suggestion, maybe allow users to pick up the settings from their computer instead?
If this can't be done, then please allow an option for "decimal separator"

2. The PDF export shows the decimal as comma (as in European settings). There is no way to change that?

3. The PDF export shows list first and then summary. It should be the other way around

4. There should be a way for an admin/team leader to approve timesheets/expenses. Currently, the "clear" flag can be updated by anyone

5. There should be a way to filter the data in admin panel. If I can't see a customer in timesheet section even as an admin, why should I see it in Admin Panel.

You mean the description behind the fields were in german? That is fixed in the latest version.
I didn't find a way to read user settings. Currently this is also not the best to do since those settings are for every user.
An option to set the decimal separator for all of Kimai is now present.

What you configure as the decimal separator will now be used here as well.

3. The PDF export shows list first and then summary. It should be the other way around

All of that is true, but at the moment my focus is on putting out a new stable version. I will make those improvements afterwards.

The summary is now shown first. Admins should always see everything in the admin panel. Otherwise it might be possible to "lose" projects and such. But groupleaders now don't have full admin access through the admin panel but only to their users, projects, customers and tasks.

Could you explain some more, what you want to change about the clear flag? Should only some users be able to change it? Or should there be an additional state "approved" ?
