I'm not quite sure which extension you mean. But I guess it's not available in this release then.

I meant an extension that you can configure a max money for the project so project 1 can use 100 euro and project 2 150 euro.

Well, we've got the budget extension. You can set a budget for every project in its settings. The extension will show you how much of the defined budget is used.

Hey there,

the installation of Kimai is pretty straight forward. You need a webserver with PHP and a MySQL database. More information on how to install Kimai can be found at http://wiki.kimai.org/ . There are no special installation instructions for Windows servers but you should be able to figure out how it works.

Another thing: I don't know if it's wise to post your email address on a public forum. This is an invitation to spammers.
